Our advice is to always start with Thrive in Ten, but we don't shy away from customizing your journey. By providing a flexible structure that combines journaling and coaching calls, we ensure that you receive support tailored to your circumstances.

Daily journaling remains a cornerstone of our coaching philosophy, regardless of how the path is customized. This practice offers a consistent and reflective space for self-exploration, helping you track progress, express thoughts, and uncover valuable insights. Journaling creates clarity, creating a foundation for intentional decisions and meaningful growth. It becomes a personal roadmap, allowing you to look back on their journey and see how far they’ve come.

Coaching calls are another vital component, and their frequency and focus can be adapted to fit your preferences. These sessions provide direct interaction with our coaches, offering personalized guidance, accountability, and encouragement. Whether you prefer in-depth discussions on strategies or brief, targeted check-ins, the call structure is entirely flexible. This ensures that the coaching experience evolves in harmony with your changing needs and priorities.

Costs can vary, depending on your plan. If you wish to journal, please count on €35/week and coaching calls would be €20/hour (or your currency's equivalent).
